Monitoring a Baby to Study Language Acquisition

Cognition This NewScientist article discusses a project Deb Roy from the MIT Media Lab has setup to monitor his newborn son from birth through three years of age. It is hoped that by capturing much of his son's stimuli with audio & video recorders, new insights can be gained into the language acquisition process.

The Architecture of Language-From Cognitive Modelling to Brain Mapping and Back
